M.S. and Ph.D. Degree Opportunities at UW-Madison:

Multi-year research assistantships are available for students wishing to pursue graduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Geology and Geophysics. Research opportunities exist in the areas of volcano evolution and magmatic processes, petrology, isotope geochemistry, paleomagnetism, and chronostratigraphy.

We seek enthusiastic students with a background in petrology, mineralogy, geochemistry, or geophysics.
