I’m a graduate of Albion College located in Albion, MI.  I was a geology major there and am currently continuing my education here in Madison working with Anders Carlson and Brian Beard.  At Albion I spent much of my time hanging out in the GIS lab, now I spend a lot of time in the radiogenic isotope lab working with the Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometer studying various isotopes in detrital sediments from Greenland.  When I am not being a huge nerd I enjoy riding my bike one of Madison’s wonderful bike paths, baking (and eating) delicious goodies, swimming with the Badger Master’s Swim Team, or knitting with my roommates.
