Electronic Submission Instructions
If you wish to have your abstract "published" electronically on this fluid inclusion page, you must submit it and any supporting material (i.e. figures, tables) to me either on a computer disk or via email.
A 3.5" diskette formatted for either the DOS or the Macintosh operating system may contain the text of the abstract. File format should be compatible with either Microsoft Word, or Wordperfect. Figures should be submitted in PICT, GIF, or JPEG formats for inclusion in the abstract.
Submission via email can take several forms.
- If you have only text, this may be simply sent as an email message.
- If you have figures, these need to be attached to the email message and may need to be either "stuffed" or "zipped" prior to sending. If you have no experience sending graphics etc electronically, this may be a learning process for both of us.
- My ideal electronic submission would be a single Stuffit archive, prepared on a Macintosh computer, which contained the formatted text and any figures or tables.
I will apply rudimentary html tags to your submission and post it to the Fluid Inclusion Web Page. If you wish to have more elaborate presentation of your abstract, figures, etc, please feel free to provide the document already marked up with Netscape 1.1 compatible tags.
