QuickTime VR is a software technology that allows you the user
to either:
a) manipulate an 'Object' on screen (rotate a piece of art in a museum or
a pair of shoes in an on-line E-store) or
b) stand in the middle of a room and look around at the walls and ceiling
(a 'Panorama', used a lot now for real estate sales).
For the Titan Arum page I modified the 'Object' idea and made the motion equal
to the passage of time.
