The Geology Museum is a popular tour destination on the University of Wisconsin Madison campus. From kindergarten classes through adult civic groups, our tours are tailored to deliver age-appropriate content to each group. Tours are approximately one hour long and feature hundreds of rock and mineral specimens, a black light mineral display and skeletons from dinosaurs and Ice Age animals. Admission to the museum is free, but for our guided tours we have a suggested donation of $15 (or $1 per person for groups with more than 15 people).
To schedule a tour, please contact the tour office at (608) 262-1412 or email Brooke Norsted at brooke@geology.wisc.edu
