Two-Way Cluster Analysis
A two-way cluster analysis revealed the same two groups of samples recognized in the factor analysis. Only taxa with 50% fidelity in at least one group of samples are shown in the R-mode analysis. Species rank (determined by number of samples in which the species occurs, and abundance in those samples) in the upper zone samples are shown in blue to the left of the two-way diagram. Species rank in the lower zone samples are shown in green to the right of the two-way diagram.
Blue Taxa: >50% fidelity in the upper zone samples, <50% fidelity in the lower zone samples.
Green Taxa: >50% fidelity in the lower zone samples, <50% fidelity in the upper zone samples.
