The Board of Visitors and the Department of Geology and Geophysics are sponsoring a GeoBadger Alumni Reunion to be held in Madison, September 25-27, 2008. The theme of the reunion is Student Field Experiences.

THURSDAY, September 25
- 5:30-7:30 PM - An informal reception in the Geology Museum
FRIDAY, September 26
- 8:30-9:15 AM - Registration and coffee in the Laing Gallery
- 9:30 AM-12:15 PM - Technical Session/talks by our faculty* in the new Miller Lecture Hall
- 12:15-2:00 PM - Lunch in Weeks courtyard
- 2:00-5:00 PM - Tours of Weeks Hall and new labs, and the Geology Museum;
GLE tour; student poster presentations; campus tours
- 5:00-8:00 PM - Courtyard cookout and alumni field trip reminiscences
SATURDAY, September 27
- 8:30-10:00 AM - Breakfast in the Leith Geology Library in Weeks Hall
- 9:00 AM-5:00 PM - A field trip to the Baraboo Hills/Devil's Lake, and Ableman's Gorge/Van Hise Rock, with lunch at Devil's Lake. Leaders: Shanan Peters, Basil Tikoff, and Bob Dott.
