Exams will be mostly multiple choice and short answer. Make-up exams are not given. If you miss an exam for a legitimate reason, you may with the consent of one of the faculty write a paper to replace the missing grade. Such a paper will be substituted for your lowest exam grade. If your score on one of the two midterms is a "D" or lower, you also have the option to write a paper that will replace that exam score. Click here for the necessary information about such a paper. If you wish to write a paper, you must contact one of the instructors.
