Logging in to Geo-NT
Geo-NT is our Windows server. It houses the A320 shared disk that is available from anywhere in the
department as well as access to network printers. You should put a shortcut to Geo-NT on your desktop
so you can easily authenticate to it.
Windows XP - Create Shortcut
Open "My Computer"
Choose "My Network Places" from the left-hand panel
Choose "View Workgroup Computer" from the left-hand panel
Find "Geo-NT" and right-click on it.
Choose "Create Shortcut" from the menu.
Answer yes to the dialog box that pops up.
Windows XP - Login
Double-click on the Geo-NT shortcut you have created.
The username is "geouser". Please contact computer support for the password.
Once logged in, you will have access to the A320 shared disk as well as network printers.
