I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison developing a long-term, multi-proxy climate record for southern South America based on multiple geochronometers, glacial geology, and soil geomorphology.

My Master's thesis (2000) focused on soil development on glacial moraines in the Uinta Mountains, Utah. Between 1997 to 2000, I was also involved in several other projects in the Uinta Mountains with Dr. Jeffrey Munroe (a Ph.D. student at the time), Dr. James Bockheim (UW Soil Science), and Darlene Koerner (U.S. Forest Service).

Please follow the links above for a description of current and recent projects. I have also included pictures and stories from past adventures, as well a formal bio-sketch.
